Why does getting a basic high school degree matter so much for adulthood? so many people pass but don’t move on to other things

Work - I still haven’t figured out what to be when I grow up.

Children - this May definitely be a marker. Having children def changed things.

Renting buying - it teaches your organizational skills. You have to manage a very large project with many people and moving parts. And not getting duped!

Ltr- means you’re willing to work as a team but I wonder if you don’t have an ltr does it make you less of adult.
