Uncover your core values. Discover what’s really important to you. When most people pivot careers, they do it on a whim or based on the advice of someone else. They end up unhappy again, eventually. To stop this cycle, you need to know what’s most important to you, and these values aren’t always obvious; they require some digging/coaching. This happens at the start of the coaching package because it’s the foundation for everything else we do. If we don’t know what’s important to you, we don’t have compass or map for our journey to a new, more exciting career. The result of doing this process is that you will be able to make career decisions with crystal-clear clarity. You’ll say “yes” to things that honor your core values and “no” to things that do not honor your core values.ly
